How we govern ourselves
Bodies and decisions
The General Assembly sets the strategic direction; the Board of Directors leads and oversees; the Administrative Direction holds legal representation. Associates are titular researchers of the corporation, and no one takes part in decisions where they hold a personal interest.
The corporation's surpluses are never distributed: they are fully reinvested in its mission.
